This is the platform of the committed fundraising ! Otherwise, it is the Crowdfunding version of Papayoux la Cagnotte En Ligne, an important player in the Money Pot since 2014. Papayoux Solidarité is a secure service allowing you to collect money together to finance a project, to raise funds for associative, charitable, entrepreneurial, sporting, musical and many other causes.
1 - Create and customize your money pot in just of couple of clicks.
2 - Invite to contribute your friends by sharing a link.
3 - Wait for people to pay by credit card.
4 - Transfer the money on a bank account.

I'm a contributor

I would just like to contribute, do I need to create an account ?

It's not necessary. From the money pot page, you just have to click "DONATE".

What about minimum or maximum contributions ?

Amount per transaction must be higher than €1 and lower than €750.

What kind of credit card can you use for contributing ?

Various credit card across the world (More than 150 countries accepted)

Are the contributions visible by all ?

No, the amount of contributions are hidden by default, except for the money pot administrator.

How to return on messages sent to the recipient further to your contribution?

To modify the message and the bubble, go on the page of the money pot and click on the link "Edit" put under your character.

I'm a fundraising creator

Do you have to create an account ?

Yes, you need an account to open a personal fundraising, but it's really quick

Confirmation of your registration

for security reasons, you have to confirm your e.mail by clicking on a link we send you after you have registered.

How does a public money pot work ?

By checking this option, this allows to aim for a wider public, knowing that it's referenced by Google, Bing et other search engines.

How to hide the amount collected ?

By modifying your campaign, you can handle this in the options.

Are you notified for my different actions on the site ?

Yes, you are notified by email when you create a new fundraising, when a person contribute to your money pot, and when you initiate a transfer.

Which countries can you transfer money to?

You can transfer money to all member states of SEPA Zone. For other countries, please contact us.

When are you supposed to enter your bank account ?

Everytime, by going to your account. For your information, you can get your IBAN number on your bank account identification.

How can you transfer you money pot on external account ?

On the money pot page, just click on "Spend your campaign" to request for a transfer. Only transfer to Euro account are accepted.

Could you make a transfer to different accounts ?

Yes, you can do partial transfer on different account. For that purpose, you can register various bank account then you can enter the desired amount.

Is there a restriction regarding collected amount ?

If you collect more than 2.500€ a year, you will be requested to send 2 copy of your ID (ID, Passport, Driving licence...).

How to thanks contributors ?

Click on "Thanks contributors" on administration panel of your campaign

Finally, how does it cost ?

Creating a campaign: Free

Bank transfer: Free

Donations: Free. In other words, 100% of the amount of your donation is donated, we pay the bank fees and do not apply any commission. If everything is free, how do we live? Thanks to the optional tips that contributors leave us generously.

As a bonus, you benefit from a responsive customer service that informs you and accompanies you in case of need, even on weekends!

Is my money safe ?

Absolutely, Papayoux is related to a payment service managed by LEMON WAY company, registered as RCS 500 486 915 and agreed by the french regulator under the identification 16568J.
The money is kept in a blocked account within LEMONWAY dedicated to send money only to our clients.

How to cancel a bank transfer ?

Go to My Balance then Movements. You can then click on the red X corresponding to the transaction you want to cancel.
